    what an inspirational video…i used to ask customers if i could work for them for a day, just to learn what they do…i still do that sometimes…i want inside their ops and heads…

    I was just chatting with my coworker about this yesterday at Outback steak house. Don’t know how in the world we landed on the subject really, they brought it up. I do recall having a excellent steak salad with ranch on it. I digress…
